RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd share price declined by 1.54% to Rs 32.54 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 113.39% to Rs 14.74 crore, while revenue from operations edged up 10.25% to Rs 1870.48 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of E-Retail/ E-Commerce industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 5.45 lakh crore, easing 9.72%. It has marginally improved by 2.10% over last one week and climbed by 13.87% in last one month while the market capitalization of RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd has inched up 3.27% and 18.08% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd stood at Rs 28.1 crore in Q2 FY26, crashing by 95.25% year-on-year, and tanking 122.91% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 20 crore, plunging by 96.52% YoY and tumbling by 116.69% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 1.68% to Rs 1852.36 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 23.1 crore, registering a fall of 26.01% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 40.17 crore, surging 21.18% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 11.01% to Rs 6866.35 crore, while net profit tanked by 80.98% to Rs 80.72 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 61798% to Rs 148.4 crore, and PBT collapsed by 66.43% to Rs 151.91 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 306.41 crore in FY26, as against Rs 36.76 crore in FY25. RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd plunged by 40.71% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.20% during the same period.
